Telephone and online support

Providing a full hardware and software support service, the Cegedim Rx service desk is open to take your call from 8.30am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am until 1.00pm on Saturdays. Our fully trained and experienced analysts are based at our Leyland and Chertsey offices and can be contacted by phone on 0330 303 3340 or through the online portal here.

Whether you have a ‘How do I?’ type query or a problem you are experiencing, our team of 30 friendly analysts is happy to help. The team even has the ability to remotely access your system to help resolve a query, with your permission, while you continue working with your patients.

Constantly striving to improve its service to customers, the service desk has implemented a number of management systems including ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) to help deliver the best service possible. The advanced reporting and call tracking that these systems provide enable the team to improve trend analysis and identify potential problems before they occur, minimising any impact on your pharmacy.

To further support pharmacies using EPS release 2 we have created our own EPS team which consists of specialists who work closely with organisations such as BT and NHS HSCIC to resolve any issues as speedily as possible. This is part of our goal to provide you with a superior EPS service.
